• EIS and AbsenceSoft use open APIs to securely transmit data between systems in real time, eliminating file drops or manual uploads.
• AbsenceSoft serves as the system of record for leave tracking and documentation, while EIS OneSuite uses that data to initiate and manage related insurance claims instantly.
• Employee self-service portals powered by EIS DXP® allow employees to initiate a leave request and file a claim (or multiple claims) in one seamless workflow. If a leave touches several coverages or benefits, it is coordinated automatically.
• The integration also enables synchronized updates: When leave status changes in AbsenceSoft, that information is immediately reflected in EIS, keeping everyone in sync.
