Alec Miloslavsky

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Alec Miloslavsky has more than 20 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to EIS Group, Alec was the co-founder and former chairman and CEO of Exigen Services (now named ROI), a company that has grown to revenues exceeding $70 million. Earlier in his career, Alec co-founded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and served as CTO from its inception. Alec helped lead Genesys through its successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to Alcatel for $1.9 billion in 1999. This exit generated 30x returns to shareholders. Following the acquisition, he played a key role with the integration of Genesys into the Alcatel organization.

Jim Caruso

Executive Vice President, Worldwide Professional Services

Jim Caruso joined EIS Group from Pega where he was responsible for North America Insurance and Healthcare Professional Services and Global Technical Education. Prior to Pega, Jim directed and managed a succession of high-growth businesses focused on professional services including global software delivery, information engineering, management consulting, network management outsourcing, and business process automation. Earlier in his career, he was president and COO of IT Solutions/Caritor, an offshore software delivery firm which was purchased by Keane in 2007. Jim was also president of PC Support and executive vice president at Axiom, where he managed both regional expansion and business development.


Mike Dwyer

Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Engineering

Mike Dwyer brings 20 years of technical, architectural, and managerial experience in the insurance and telecommunications industries to his roles at EIS Group. Mike manages an engineering organization of more than 200 people in the United States and abroad, and plays a key role in designing, implementing, and successfully deploying the company’s insurance software solutions to customers around the globe. Prior to joining EIS Group, Mike held a variety of engineering architecture and management roles for established and start-up companies, including Sprint Corp., Interwave Communications, and Motorola. Mike holds an Honors bachelor’s of electrical and micro-electronic engineering from the University College Cork in Ireland.


Mary Anne Gillespie

Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Mary Anne Gillespie comes to EIS Group with more than 30 years of multichannel customer engagement experience. She has executed successful sales strategies and market growth in national and global territories for companies ranging from start-up to $20 billion in revenue across a broad range of industries. Ms. Gillespie previously served as executive vice president at TAS Group and vice president of Merchant Sales at PayPal. Prior to those positions, she was vice president of Sales at Guidewire Software. Earlier, she worked in several roles at Oracle leading to senior vice president of Sales. Mary Anne received an MBA degree from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.


Steve James

Senior Vice President, North American Sales

Steve is responsible for sales in North America and brought to EIS Group a 20 year track record helping executives at large companies implement transformational technology. For the past 10 years, Steve has focused on providing technology solutions to the financial services and insurance industries. During that time, he led the sales team for Virtusa Corp. and was a sales leader for Cognizant’s insurance practice.  Steve also led the sales team for Click Commerce, an enterprise B2B software provider. Prior to Click Commerce, he was a regional manager and sales executive at Oracle. Steve holds an MBA in international finance and BA in accounting from Indiana University.


Glenn Lim

Executive Vice President, Marketing and Alliances

Before joining EIS Group, Glenn Lim held executive positions in enterprise and cloud-based technology companies including extensive tenures at Oracle, PayPal, and Salesforce.com. He has led domestic and international business units responsible for business development, product adoption, vertical markets, and alliances. Glenn previously served as vice president, Cloud Alliance Programs, Strategy and Operations at Salesforce.com and general manager of Alliances, Channels, and Vertical Markets at PayPal. During his nearly two decades at Oracle, he worked in many divisions including serving as vice president, Worldwide Alliances and played a key role in building the On Demand business. Mr. Lim is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been broadly interviewed and quoted in technical, popular, and business media. In 2012, CRN Magazine named Mr. Lim as one of the “Top 100 People You Should Know”.


Rowshi Pejooh

Senior Vice President, Product Management

Rowshi Pejooh is the chief product designer and one of the founders of EIS Group. Before joining EIS, Rowshi was the CIO at Creditland. As an entrepreneur, she started YLP Consulting, providing software design and business intelligence services to her clients ranging from Internet start-ups to large banks and insurance companies. Prior to that, she held senior management positions with CSAA. She has an MBA degree from San Francisco State University.


Gwen Spertell

Advisor to CEO

Gwen has more than 20 years of business leadership experience in Silicon Valley software and solution companies. Her strong focus on delivering value to customers, P&L management, and business building strategy has allowed companies to capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenues, profits, and growth in equity value. Prior to joining EIS Group, Gwen served as CEO and president of Liquid Engines, where she grew the corporate tax optimization and management software company to serve the Fortune 1000 market. Prior to Liquid Engines, Gwen served as president and CEO of Intelligent Results, where she was instrumental in transforming the unstructured data company into a predictive analytics company. Earlier, Gwen worked for BackWeb Technologies as COO. Prior to BackWeb, she spent eight years with Oracle in executive positions, with her last position vice president of Global ISV Alliances. She holds a B.A. degree in economics from Rutgers University.


Sergiy Synyanskyy

Chief Financial Officer

Sergiy Synyanskyy joined EIS Group from software services provider Exigen Services, where he served as CFO. Prior to that, Sergiy was deputy CFO of EastOne Group, where he was responsible for the tax and legal structure and financial controllership of several portfolio businesses. He managed the financial aspects of several large acquisitions on behalf of EastOne clients. Previously, Sergiy served as an audit manager at Ernst & Young and earlier as the head of Tax Planning for State Savings Bank of Ukraine, where he oversaw income tax planning for the bank’s 26 regional offices. He holds a master’s degree in banking and a Ph.D. degree in international economy.

Ken Coleman

Ken Coleman joined the EIS Group Board of Directors in 2016. He is also Chairman of Saama Technologies—a provider of services and solutions in the data and analytics market, serves on the Board of Directors of CSAA Insurance Group, and is a senior adviser at Andreessen Horowitz LLC.  Mr. Coleman is the founder and former chairman/CEO of ITM Software, an enterprise software company focused on information technology. Previously, he was executive vice president of global sales, service, and marketing for Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI), vice president of product development at Activision, Inc., and held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Coleman is a director of  Entertainment Partners and Procura and is a member of the advisory board of the Ohio State University Fisher Business School. Among his many distinctions, Mr. Coleman is the recipient of the Ohio State University Distinguished Service Award and School of Business Distinguished Graduate Award, the National Alliance of Black School Educators Living Legend Award, the American Leadership Forum of Silicon Valley Exemplary Leader Award, the One Hundred Black Men of Silicon Valley Lifetime Achievement Award, the Silicon Valley Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame and the Silicon Valley Conference for Community and Justice Exemplary Community Leadership Award.

Andriy Dudnyk

Andriy Dudnyk is the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of EastOne Group, and has served as a director of EIS Group since 2013. Mr. Dudnyk formerly served as CFO of Interpipe Group. Previously, he worked as an audit manager and consultant for Ernst & Young, where he managed various audit, consulting, and due diligence projects for large CIS production companies and financial institutions. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Dudnyk worked as an auditor and senior consultant at Arthur Andersen’s offices in Kiev and Zurich, where he coordinated auditing and special consulting projects for financial and investment institutions, participated in complex financial instruments valuations and business modeling projects and advised on portfolio strategy issues. Mr. Dudnyk graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 1998, with a master’s degree in international economics. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and is certified as a Financial Risk Manager by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Kirill Rubinski

Kirill Rubinski has served as a director of the company since 2013. He is the CEO of EastOne Group, an international investment advisory group that provides strategic and investment management services. Before joining EastOne in 2003, Mr. Rubinski was senior partner and first vice president with Industrial Investors LLC (IIG), one of the leading Russian independent private equity firms. Since 2005 he has been a member and, from November 2011 to May 2012, chairman of the Board of FESCO Transportation Group Ltd. From 2003 to 2012, Mr. Rubinski also served as member of the board of directors of all the main companies owned and managed by IIG. From 2000 to 2003, he served as executive director, responsible for project and structured finance, and then as business development director for Russia and the CIS at Marsh and McLennan Companies. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Rubinski was vice president, then senior executive vice president at the headquarters of Credit Lyonnais bank in Paris with project finance and investment banking divisions. He graduated from the ESCP-EAP Paris and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

Wilhelm Zeller

Wilhelm Zeller has served as a director of the company since 2011. From 1996 until his retirement in 2009, Mr. Zeller was the CEO of Hannover Re Group. Prior to joining Hannover Re, from 1977 through 1995, Mr. Zeller was a member of the Executive Board of Cologne Re and then a member of the Executive Council of General Re Corporation, which became the principal shareholder of Cologne Re. Mr. Zeller serves on the board of directors of Axis Capital Holdings Ltd. and Towers Watson; he is also a member of various advisory and supervisory boards in Germany.  Mr. Zeller has received numerous awards and recognitions from worldwide trade periodicals including Reinsurance Personality of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award. He holds a B.A. degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany.
