EIS Group, an insurance core systems software provider, today announced that EIS OneSuite™ has been selected as the new core systems solution for Desjardins General Insurance Group (DGIG), a leading property and casualty (P&C) insurer in Canada. EIS OneSuite will be used for all core underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims and customer management processes in Desjardins Insurance’s personal and commercial insurance operations.

DGIG will deploy EIS OneSuite’s fully integrated applications, PolicyCore®, BillingCore® and ClaimCore®, as a new multi-line, multi-channel digital insurance platform for a large enterprise-wide transformation initiative needed to help the company respond to the demands of an evolving market and the insurer’s own growth strategies.

The license agreement covers 15 years of use of EIS OneSuite, and the system deployment will span multiple years and entail several phases.
