Definitions

IP Address is a numerical label assigned to each device connected to a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication.  An IP address serves two main functions: host or network interface identification and location addressing.

Personal Information refers to any data that can be used to identify a specific individual. Also, synonymous with the terms personal data and personally identifiable information. Personal information includes but is not limited to: names, mailing address, email address, and phone numbers, IP address, login IDs, social media posts, or digital images, geolocation, biometric, and behavioral data. Special categories of personal information include the following: race, ethnicity, political, trade union, religion, health, biometric, genetic, and sexual orientation.

“Process”, “Processes”, “Processing” or “Processed” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon Personal  Information (Personal Data) whether or not by automatic means, including, without limitation, accessing, collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, retaining, storing, adapting or altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning, combining, blocking, restricting, erasing and destroying Personal Data and any equivalent definitions in applicable Data Protection and Privacy Laws to the extent that such definitions should exceed this definition.

Information Collection and Use

EIS Group collects personal information regarding users and visitors of our website in the manner described in this section below. 

Job Applicants 

We collect personal information (contact information, nationality, job title, employment history, education history, assessments, etc.)  from persons interested in working at EIS Group. We will only use such information to evaluate the applicant for employment-based opportunities. Our basis for processing here is both the consent of the individual applying and our legitimate interests. Applicant information is shared with our vendors and suppliers for processing job applicant information. We do not sell or share applicant information for any other purpose.

Resume and other Personal Information will be additionally processed if you are hired as part of the onboarding process and during your employment.

Disclosure of sensitive personal information (such as information about your health, race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation) is not required, but rather voluntarily disclosed.

Feedback

We may collect feedback from visitors to our site. In connection with such feedback, we collect names and email addresses. We may use the information that you provide to contact you regarding your feedback. Please note that any feedback you provide will become the property of EIS Group.

Cookies and Tracking Pixels

IP Addresses

We gather your IP address when you access the Site. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer, maintain and improve the Site, track user’s movement, personalize (at the company level), and gather broad demographic and behavioral information for aggregate use. We do not use your IP address in a manner that will specifically identify you (name).

By opting in, consenting to the collection of this information you should be aware that we additionally use this information for marketing, to study trends, and to improve our products. Children 

We do not purposely gather personal information from individuals that are younger than 13. We ask that individuals under the age of 13, not to send us their personal information. If we discover that we have gathered personal information from a child under age 13, we will promptly erase that data.

Security

The information collected on this website is protected  We maintain physical, technical, and administrative controls and procedures designed to safeguard the information we collect through the Site. We have implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized, accidental, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure, or access and against all other unlawful forms of processing.

We employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on this site.  You can identify a secure page because of the lock icon on the bottom of the address section of your browser.

We securely store the information we collect, store, own, and process on behalf of customers both at rest and in transit.  We further limit access to Personal Information to employees based on their roles and duties. Additionally, we limit access to third-party vendors/suppliers who provide us assistance in processing that information.

We may disclose your Personal Information to our third-party service providers and or partners for a business purpose. We take measures to ensure that these third parties safeguard your personal information.

EIS Group may share your information with its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates. Additionally, EIS Group will alert downstream recipients of deletion requests such as our partners, processors, vendors, and supplier.

If at any point we decide to use your Personal Information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by way of an email to the email account you provided us. We will use information following the version of the Privacy Statement under which the information was collected.
