Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America selected EIS to create a new, end-to-end system to incorporate its full product portfolio, including dental, vision, life and disability insurance, in line with the growing market demand for simplified, multi-product offerings.

Based in Indianapolis, Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America and its sister company Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of New York offer ancillary benefits for employer groups and individuals nationwide. Dental, vision, life and disability insurance comprise the core line of the company’s ancillary benefits solutions.

Program

Renaissance deployed the EIS Suite to support eight group voluntary products. Capabilities include product development and management and end-to-end workflows — from quoting and case installation to billing and claims processing – which run on EIS’ SaaS platform for simple and secure delivery. EIS is playing a primary role in development and integration, integrating with data and vendors and leveraging its vast API library to help deliver an integrated digital experience. In addition, deploying its core systems on the EIS® SaaS platform provides Renaissance the ability to easily scale with growth and greater flexibility and support, without the need for a sizable internal IT investment. Renaissance will also be able to free itself of the burden of IT upgrades and security updates, allowing it to focus on driving core business and delivering a better customer experience.
