EIS Group, a core and digital platform provider for insurers, today announced that MAS, New Zealand’s mutual insurer to medical professionals and provider of personal, commercial, life and disability insurance products, has selected EIS Group as its new core and digital business platform provider. The EIS Group solutions will be used for quoting, policy administration, billing, claims, and customer management and engagement and provide MAS with a single, cloud-based platform supporting integrated, next-gen digital customer experiences.
MAS will take advantage of EIS Group’s ability to support multi-line, multi-segment business on a single digitally-enabled platform. MAS will migrate its legacy life and disability, personal and commercial core systems to the new platform. The EIS platform is an industry-leading, modern core platform that simultaneously supports life and disability and personal and commercial products, which are typically supported by independent core systems.
MAS will deploy the EIS Suite solution’s fully integrated core and digital applications, PolicyCore®, BillingCore®, and ClaimCore®, CustomerCore CEM™ and DXP™ to gain end-to-end business capabilities that support digital enablement at every customer touchpoint. The transformation initiative supports the company’s strategic objective to provide fast, reliable and cost-effective insurance products and experiences to all members, including the next generation.
